Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using our Site, browsing our products, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund & Returns Policy. If you don't agree with any part of these Terms, please don't use the Site.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order. If you create an account with us, you're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please let us know immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use.

3. Products & pricing

We try to display product colours, materials and details as accurately as possible, but slight variation can occur due to photography, lighting or your device's screen. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions or availability of products at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders & order acceptance

Placing an order on the Site is an offer to buy the product(s) in your cart. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion — for example, if an item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if there's a pricing error. If we decline an order after payment has been made, we'll issue a full refund.

5. Payment

We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. Online payments are processed through a secure, third-party payment gateway; we do not store your full card details. You confirm that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you're authorised to use the payment method.

6. Shipping & delivery

We ship across India. Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout and on our Shipping & Delivery page, but these are estimates only — actual delivery can be affected by courier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

7. Returns & refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled as described in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including the Bellezze Collection name and logo, product photography, text and design — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

When using our Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage or impair it.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's account.
• Post or transmit anything abusive, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or extract data from the Site without our permission.

10. Limitation of liability

We work hard to keep the Site accurate and running smoothly, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bellezze Collection is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or products purchased from us, beyond the value of your order.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
