• Billing details needed to process a payment (we do not store full card numbers — see Payments).
• Any message, review or feedback you send us, including via WhatsApp.

• Device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed, and how you interact with the Site.
• Order history and items you've viewed or added to cart, to help us show relevant products.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Process and deliver your orders, and communicate with you about them (order confirmations, shipping updates).
• Provide customer support, including responding to queries on email, phone or WhatsApp.
• Improve our Site, products and shopping experience.
• Send you offers or updates by email or WhatsApp, only if you've opted in — you can unsubscribe anytime.
• Detect and prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Cookies

Our Site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the Site (for example, via Google Analytics). You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the Site — like checkout — may not work properly without them.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Shipping partners, to deliver your order to you.
• Payment gateways (such as Razorpay or Cashfree), to securely process your payment.
• Service providers who help us run the Site (such as hosting or analytics), under confidentiality obligations.
• Law enforcement or authorities, if required by law.

5. Payments

All online payments (UPI, cards, net banking) are processed through a secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not see or store your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN — these are handled directly by the payment gateway. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, where available, are settled at the time of delivery.

6. Data security & retention

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures (such as SSL encryption on our Site) to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We retain your information for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law (for example, invoices for tax purposes).

7. Your rights & choices

You can:

• Access, update or correct your account and order information by logging into My Account on our Site.
• Ask us to delete your personal information, subject to any legal requirement to retain records (such as invoices).
• Opt out of marketing emails or WhatsApp messages at any time by telling us, or using the unsubscribe link where provided.

8. Children's privacy

Our Site is intended for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will remove it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. We'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
